Hello! This is Daizo Ishige, representative of Tri-Force Ojima!

I often get asked if it’s possible to start practicing Jiu-Jitsu with no prior experience. The answer is, “Of course, it’s possible!” In fact, most people who come to our dojo have no previous martial arts experience. We have many participants over the age of 30, including office workers, business owners, and doctors, among various other professions. There’s no need to worry; there are no scary people here.

In our trial lessons, we practice basic holds, choke techniques, and joint locks, all of which can be learned by anyone. Even if you are new to the world of martial arts or Jiu-Jitsu, you shouldn’t feel intimidated. If you have even a slight interest in martial arts or Jiu-Jitsu, I highly encourage you to join us for a trial lesson!

Our dojo is particularly accommodating to beginners, with many of our members being men over 35 living in Koto Ward. We have a curriculum suited for beginners, so you can step into the world of martial arts, especially Jiu-Jitsu, with confidence. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, improve your fitness, find a new hobby, or just try something new, we warmly welcome you to join us.

If you’re interested, don’t hesitate to contact us now!
