Explanation of important matters
(1)Payment of admission fee and membership fee
●The admission fee and the monthly membership fee paid in advance as the initial fee are for the purpose of concluding the contract and will not be returned to the member for any reason whatsoever.
●All billing for monthly dues is outsourced to a collection agency (Square Dues Pay), and you will need to register a credit card or bank account in order to have your dues automatically transferred. There is a fee of 110 yen for using the system when registering with Dues Pay.
●Monthly membership fee will be automatically transferred on the 27th of every month (26th of every month if you have registered for Square Dues Pay) for the following month. Please make a payment to the account at least one day before the scheduled transfer date.
●If there is a delay in the payment of the monthly membership fee, or if the payment is made over the counter, the member will be required to pay the prescribed fee (1000 yen per month).
●Monthly membership fee must be paid until the month of withdrawal, regardless of whether you use the facilities or not.
●Depending on the payment status of the monthly membership fee, such as late or non-payment, the member may be expelled without notice. In this case, full payment will be required until the month of withdrawal, but the action will not be reversed.
●Annual lump-sum payment is available only for the first year of membership, and the discount will be applied for two months as a one-year contract starting from the first day of the desired month. If you cancel your membership during this period, any unused portion will not be refunded.

(2)Suspension and withdrawal of membership
●If you wish to suspend your membership, please come to the office by the 10th of the month before the month you wish to suspend. No phone calls or emails will be accepted. During the period of absence, only the monthly fee of 2000 yen will be deducted.
